Holy City Farms' Story

The story of Holy City Farms started 15 years ago when my software engineer husband, Shawn, had a vision. He wanted to build a state-of-the-art facility to grow high-quality tomatoes year-round. We jumped in wholeheartedly and began to build a farm-to-table lifestyle.

Soon after, we had our very own family farm operating on Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina. Our small, but efficient, farm produced and supplied tasty, heirloom tomatoes to restaurants in Charleston for over five years.

But Shawn and I still felt a calling to be a part of something more. Our goal was to provide a high-quality product to not only be enjoyed but also had the potential to positively impact lives. Our family’s desire to serve others came to fruition in 2018 when we were asked to be a part of a pilot program. This pilot program was introduced to cultivate hemp and advance the cannabis industry in South Carolina.

We readily agreed and our passion continued to grow. We began to cultivate holistic all-natural hemp products that promote health and wellness. Our biggest dreams came true as our customers’ lives continued to be changed by the powerful effects of CBD.

We are proud to grow and supply premium CBD hemp products and to have earned our place among the community and industry. Through our proprietary method of gentle thermal extraction, we are able to create a true full spectrum oil that preserves the hemp flower’s full cannabinoid and terpene profile. Each batch is handcrafted using the highest quality ingredients available, without any harmful additives, fillers, flavorings, sweeteners, or preservatives. Upon completion, a sample of each small batch is sent to a third-party lab for quality assurance, and our customers can always be confident they are receiving hemp in its purest and most concentrated form with each of our products.
